My father in law eats vaseline. He was sick once and applying some to his chest and, almost certainly subconsciously, dipped his finger in and ate a big scoop. To be fair, he’s a complete idiot, but apparently there are folks out there who think it’s helpful if swallowed. I honestly have no idea.
