Lemmy search is worthless in my short experience with it.
But almost all news publications are similarly worthless. Why don’t we make open source search engines? I know that searx whatever is supposed to be kind of like that, but those don’t work, not for me.
Plus, worrisomly some searches made on sensitive sites showed up as suggestions on one of the instances of that, with no apparent way of clearing it.

I’m pretty sure it got removed anyways. I think it was in [email protected] or some other related community on world if that narrows it down.
