I’m guessing, at least temporarily, it’s going to act as a sort of dead man’s switch. If the Hive tries to convert her she’ll set off the bomb killing both herself and Manousos, so they’ll keep their distance.

I don’t think tramatizing them into a crash will work. I think you could threaten to blow up an bunch of people and that would keep them away. I think you could do it and they would be traumatized for a few minutes, but once it wore off I think they’d basically be fine. Unless the trama is active I think they’re mostly fine.

I do however think the bomb could act like an EMP and that disruption will be important.
