The voting machines can be accessed via wifi so it is possible (likely not the first time). Due process would be great if the Supreme Court wasn’t completely compromised. Thus far (if you read the articles) the NY state Supreme Court case is on appeal. It seems that the judge doesn’t want to touch it given its volatility.
