I agree with your entirely separate and previously undiscussed point that animal agriculture is not necessary for our societal food needs to be met. Or at least I’m pretty sure I agree with that statement, I guess idk the difference between 0% and any needs for there to still be 10% or something. But still.

If we’re talking about water use for food we’re talking about animal agriculture as it uses most of the water.
