the lima beans are soaked and precooked lima beans in the pressure cooker (just 1 min natural release) baked with carrots, celery, onion, garlic, cubed potatoes, white wine, dill, rosemary, oregano and then at the end I added lemon juice. I don’t really write or follow written recipes.
