Been thinking through this lately. When I give it a task, I can review the final diff and see what files it changed. I can also look through the conversation to understand what it says it did. But I’m curious how people handle everything that happens along the way . For example, if you ask Claude to fix a bug, how do you know whether it also accessed files you weren’t expecting, ran unrelated commands, or interacted with something outside the project?
