Recommendations for reasonablely priced apartments that are bug-free
I need to move because my current apartment is only a one-bedroom and I need a two-bedroom for a roommate. Plus, the place I live in has roaches, gnats, etc. I cant afford a rich neighborhood, but I also dont want to worry about break-ins or other safety issues.
Even if you dont know of a specific place, I would love suggestions on how to tell if a new place has a bug problem. Is there a tenant-review website that can tell me the tea about a complex or a landlord? Help!
Thank you. Right now, it’ll be me and for reasons I don’t want to get into, I don’t want a roommate. So $1,100 is probably the maximum.
Why is it so hard to get a complex or landlord let you look at the apartment BEFORE you move in?
