It’s not a looker, but it is a taster. I didn’t bother with a cross section, but I assure you it looked just as unimpressive.
Ingredients :
- 2-4 eggs
- 2-4 slices of bread
- Cheese
- Oregano
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Oil of your choosing
Recipe :
- Heat some oil in a pan
- Beat 2-4 eggs
- Grate low moisture, low fat cheese
- Sprinkle in oregano (to taste) into the cheese
- Grate 2 cloves of garlic (or to taste) into cheese
- Dip sliced white bread into eggs (can sub for better bread)
- Fry the eggy bread
- Reserve the “bottom” eggy bread
- When the “top” eggy bread is ready, put the cheese on the bread
- Put the reserved bread on top
- Flip
- Take out of the pan
- Rest
- Eat
I had too much eggs and cheese, so I dumped the leftover eggs into the pan and turned it into an omlette, and dumped the cheese inside too. Went great.
I did this to celebrate shipping to live a feature all by myself for someone I know. I devved the feature, I tested it, I imported and anonymised the data, I shipped it to live.
thank you, if you don’t try the whole elaborate thing, just try mixing garlic into grated cheese for a surprisingly delicious result.
