This is just the first post, I plan on sprinkling more of this short-lived AU throughout the coming days/weeks because I find something really compelling about story ideas like this. The artist calls it “angst” but I’m partial to the term “melodrama” and besides that the thing that really grabs me about this is the juxtaposition between Ruby’s continuously-upbeat personality and the very heavy reality of her being dead.

      I think the best comes from some later installments but I’ll space them out in-between other stuff.
