I tried to read the Phoenix Project on the recommendation of a coworker last year. I couldn’t bring myself to keep reading. Something about the stilted dialogue between characters just completely broke the flow for me.

In a way, too bad, my coworker said it really spoke to him and gave him some realizations about the workplace.
