Healthcare is a social right, not a privilege to be rationed by corporate insurers and canceled by government fiat. The fight against the assault on social programs cannot be separated from the fight against the capitalist profit system.

      Uh, it’s already a private system. Even with Medicare and Medicaid. They’re just government assistance programs that send people to private providers and private pharmacies.

      We do have a proper government-run healthcare system, though: The Veterans Administration. They have their own doctors and hospitals and vastly greater efficiency than the best private hospitals/insurance.
