The whole issue is culture. If boys were always taught that it’s not ok by society, we wouldn’t have the problem in the first place. But you need an environment that doesn’t normalize sexual assault for that, which not everyone has. Introducing these topics in schools is for those kids. And then maybe that generation can grow up to universally no longer need it in school.
