A craft makes its slow and gentle way up the Willamette River toward the Eastside Esplanade after touching down in the water.

(Actually it’s a boat, but just enjoy a snapshot of the fanciful future.)

Also, the English language is weird. For those of you not from Portland, if you try to read the text on the building on the left naively, with phonics, you’d get laughed at. English is a difficult language, and “moda center” is actually pronounced as “rose garden.” Easy mistake for the unprepared to make.

    I’ve been to an OL Reign game!

    This was before my second stroke, when I had the mobility to wave a heavy and giant flag.

    I should prolly get to a Thorns game.

      I love that you went down into the supporters’ section to wave a flag. I’m a member of the royal guard but I don’t sit with them much anymore

          That’s so fun! I went to the queen’s match over the weekend to get the jess fishlock bobblehead because she is iconic and it is so good! She has her pride captain’s band and a tiny dragon and it looks so good next to my Sue Bird and Cayla Barnes ones on my shelf.
