Yeah, I was a teenager when i realised that I was paying too much attention to Chris Brown and Rihanna tussle. It was a gradual process that I actually became more interested in nerdy stuff like news (mainly geopolitics), military and history (thanks to strategy games) and environment (I should probably switch my career to this once I feel more financially secure).
They think it’s sad nerdy people are interested in nerd topics, and not the Kardashians. They also think you’re anti-social and elitist and pretentious if you don’t watch reality TV several hours per week, or sports.

The fact that those topics are considered nerdy is really sad. These are all topics everyone should be concerned with.
