France’s new ambassador to Canada says her country admires the Carney government’s response to “extremely radical” American demands and is calling for swift action to boost Canada’s strategic ties with Europe.
Actual french gouv is breaking records of disapointment (and doing so in France isn’t easy, most gouvs have been hated during the last 20 years). But their political views totally match neoliberalism with no care for environment nor non-extra-rich people (indigenous or not, only wealth matter).
I have no idea on how many percent of the actual french gouv’s members plan to remain in France after the elections next year, but I would be surprised if non of them see Canada as an option for their near future.
