Got a job interview at McDonald’s tomorrow. Never worked fast food in my life. From $40/hr to $13. Demoralizing. Getting a job in America is a humiliation ritual. If you get laid off, chances are, you won’t find another job anytime soon. Meanwhile, the “President” is doing shit that don’t matter
If you can work at McDonald’s you can probably get a job in the trades. Try that instead, there’s a lot more dignity involved. I get it though, it’s super rough out there and sometimes you just have to do something.
