Not sure why this jab is being made when it’s not scientists who have issue with different perspectives. Paleontologists, Anthropologists, historians, and many other fields are filled with scholars which follow the scientific method to study nothing being other cultures, and the vast majority of scientific fields are rooms full of highly specialized experts arguing different perspectives and trying figure out which are accurate. Entire fields are created out of new perspectives on a subject being found.

Scientists do not like astrologists, psychics, and mediums, because they lie to people for money. It’s fine if they’re not taken too seriously, but these three groups have bankrupted grieving family members and often sent people down terrible life paths in the past. They do not deserve being sheltered from being the butt of a Farside joke.
