Used to work at a supplement company. Customer emailed us complaining his container of pre-workout was not filled to the correct weight. The package said 1.5lbs. But his scale “clearly” showed 1.10lbs

Emailed him to let him know his scale was showing 1 pound 10 ounces. The extra 2 ounces were likely the weight of the container.
