    Kanina, habang naghihintay ako sa call sa pagredeem ng credit card points, ilang beses akong hinold nung agent kasi need daw iverify yung points. Di ko naman binaba kahit yung 2-3 mins hold e nagiging 5 mins na. Well, at the end, di rin naprocess ngayon, wait daw after 10 banking days kasi di maverify yung points balance ko kahit sinabi kong nasa bill naman yung total points. First time redeemer, ganito ba talaga yun (BPI to btw)?

    Syempre, 'tong overthinker na stranger nato, lumikot na naman yung pag-iisip. Ganito pala yung feeling ng naghihintay, tapos di mo maverify kung anong point bakit ka pag naghihintay at kung makukuha mo ba yung sagot na hinahanap mo. Kung may makukuha ka bang sagot o wala, or kung “ibababa” mo na ba kasi wala namang kasiguraduhan kung maghihintay ka pa.

    Ang problema din kasi, di pa naman ako nagtatanong. Bakit ba kasi pinapahirapan yung sarili ko kung at peace naman ako sa kahit anong sagot na makuha ko sa pagtatanungan ko?

    Anyway happiest weekend and ingat!!! Itulog ko na nga lang muna to, o kaya videoke pala haha. Gege be better than me people. Wag tuluran ganun haha.

      Nung ginamit ko yung BPI Vybe app, na-migrate lahat ng points ko automatically. Never had to deal with BPI over the phone regarding points. Not sure if same yung redeemable rewards through the app and through a call, though.

        Nasabi nga din ng agent maginstall daw ako nung BPI app para makapagscan ng rewards. Kaso yung specific na nireredeem ko daw na type ng reward wala pa daw dun… Oh well, salamat sa pagremind - nalimot ko yung binanggit na app name kasi din haha kakahintay sa mga hold haha! Hintay na lang muna talaga ako siguro para sa specific, pero magscan na din ako dun.
