As expected, me, as a single mod, requires some help. I’ll keep this post pinned and update it when needed. At the moment, what the community needs (except for more active users) is:

  1. Another mod, even if there is not a lot of work to do, I’d still be happy if we can have redundancy.
  2. Design for the community logo and banner.
  3. A bot to update the sidebar - this is something I can do myself, only it will take me sometime to get there.

    Hi, I’m probably as new to Lemmy as you, but the whole idea of modding is making sense. Especially in this community where the rules are really clear “post songs and don’t be an asshole” so far, except for that Dolly Parton incident there wasn’t any problem.

    If you don’t feel like it, don’t worry. If so, I’ll just make you a mod and lurk in the background. …

    I’ve looked through /r/lostnotes it’s not exactly what /c/connectasong is about, but it is close enough :-)

      Nah, sorry, I’ll have to pass on being a moderator, I’m rarely on my computer these days, and when I am I’m usually tinkering around with emulating and modding legacy operating systems.
