      In Air Force basic training I learned to roll up the pizza slices and scarf them down like a burrito or eat a burger taking alternating sips of the water or gaterade to soften it and hork it down. 20 seconds to eat an entire meal.

      They started relaxing a bit in week 6.

      Yeah, for me it was pressure from my parents to “stay fasted while drinking juice” So I ate nothing until like 930 and when it was time to eat I SCARFED 😂
