minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink3•1 year agoDidn’t stop my mobile game support group from implementing it. I provide clear input on an issue and I receive a polite automated answer that is completely wrong. It only improves once a human gets involved.
It was good at answering questions that were already answered on the web and then presenting whatever info it found nicely even if it was wrong.
