    We give kids less money because companies exploid them. Kids don’t know their rights and adulds are telling them their not worthy of something like human rights. In most countries childlabor is illegal cause companies will abuse every person that can’t defent themself.

    Mistakes are part of a normal human being but work tells us we need to fit, so the big tech giant don’t lose dome of their money.

      Christ, get off your wank horse. In Australia (which is not in America if you check your map) kids can legally work here from 14.75 years and they earn increasing wages each year until they are 18, where they receive adult wages.

      It’s not unfair or exploitation, as kids that age enter into low responsibility or apprentice roles and we have laws protecting their hours and employment once they reach adulthood so they can’t be replaced with younger kids. I did it it and all my mates did it, and were grateful to gain employment.

      It’s an incentivised system to ensure youth gain employment and work experience before finishing school which bolsters their resume.
