The police can’t seem to see the situation for what it is though. It certainly isn’t discrimination, LEOs are hardly a protected class and no one is saying they can’t come in once they ditch the uniform and weapons. It’s more like the opposite of a no shirt, no shoes policy.

Ok but that’s like saying not serving someone dressed as a Nazi and waving a Nazi flag is discrimination. By definition -yes, in the real world- no.

But if the Nazi took off the uniform and put the flag away they’d be served. Putting stipulations on the service is not discrimination.
