    I’d also like to point out that, while yes, we did make a lot of stuff up, people seem to be confused about the difference between something being “made up” and something being abstract.

    Democracy is abstract. Numbers are abstract. Time is abstract. Value is abstract. Ideas are abstract. Shit, software is abstract.

    Something being intangible does not necessarily mean it doesn’t exist.

      I was about to say that software are processed and stored on some kind of physical analog media, …but so are the thoughs in the brain. So i guess you’re right.
