My old person trait is that I think ‘ghosting’ is completely unacceptable and you owe the other person a face-to-face conversation.

    They do not, you either pay monthly or for a permanent license with x amount of support

      I’ve got consumer software from hundreds, maybe even a thousand companies, and only a few of them work like that.
