    15th anniversary beers

    • XV - Blend of two Imperial Stouts. One was aged in a Wilderness Trail bourbon barrel, and the second was aged in Apple Brandy barrels before an additional rest in freshly-dumped Four Roses bourbon barrels. | 13.7% ABV - Releases 9/9
    • Ichor | Double Barrel Zeus - 12 months in Buffalo Trace barrels. Another 8 months in Four Roses barrels. Our U.S. Open Silver Medal-winning Zeus was once again treated to roasted pistachios, toasted coconut, and organic ginger root. | 15% ABV - Releases 9/9
