Death is equal. Hibernate a dead body didn’t change much of it. Also i would be quite worried of any future civilization (or intelligent being) able to resuscitate centuries old bodies.
There is a book that I’m reading just about this topic. In the book the person wakes up to find that they have no rights as they are essentially a machine. It’s called we are legion. Would highly recommend it.
