You know what else sucks about Audible? I bought a BBC radio drama from Amazon and it had to be listened to on Audible. I didn’t want to download their desktop software for just one listen since I doubt I’ll do this very often if ever again, so I used their web player.
It has no volume control.
Why the fuck doesn’t it have one of the most basic functions an audio player should have?!

That’s odd. But now that I think about it, the app doesn’t have an independent one either, it just uses the system media volume control.
Maybe they just expect people to control desktop volume the same way.
