The trouble with most of the mechanisms of the US government is that they’re built around the assumption that the majority of politicians are acting in good faith. When one major party decides that winning is more important than integrity, the whole thing breaks down.

They have to prove misconduct. Prior statement as to how she’ll lean doesn’t qualify. Evers should just reappoint her.
