minus-square@aidanlink-8•9 months agoFor a lot of situations kids will do what you want them to do if you actually explain why you want them to do it. Furthermore, public schooling is not one of those things, because 13 years of it is clearly not best for some students.

Kids don’t really get to just do whatever they want it turns out because they aren’t the best at taking care of themselves and making good decisions.
