minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilinkEnglish17•1 year agoIf it was - Forrest fires apparently make the ground hydrophobic in addition to burning away all of the ground cover. This can make flooding in those areas much worse. This then washes away soil and makes it even harder for trees etc to grow back.
