minus-squareStudSpud The StarchylinkfedilinkEnglish9•edit-21 year agoI am making a cookie brownie, which is normal cookie mix with too much melted butter and added cocoa powder to offset the butter. I was also too lazy (read: too tipsy) to seperate the dough into individual cookies, so I just dumped the mix into the baking tray and spread it out. I have no idea how it will turn out, but as I am tipsy and slightly stoned I know it is going to be delicious. I will add a pic to this post if I remember when it is done. Edit: COOKIE
minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink6•edit-21 year agoIt’s perfectly ok to make a giant tray cookie. It’s how I make shortbreads and they turn out well. When it comes out the oven leave it in the tray and cut it while it’s hot. Then let cool in tray. 👍
