The idea that they don’t teach evolution, etc. is an extremist view that probably mixes the reality of a specific US region with the crap they heard off the media.
High quality education and Christian education are not possible to have at the same time.

Surprisingly untrue. Catholic schools in my experience often have excellent curriculums.
