Due to my settings, posts are hidden if I have read them. I find this a very nice setting on the homepage. However, if I submit a post, it doesn’t show up because it is instantly marked as read (which is pretty confusing). Also, in a community, I have less of a need to hide posts that I have read, as I might want to revisit them.

It would be great if this setting could be applied only for the homepage. But I’m not sure if that is a due to how Lemmy works rather than Jerboa
