  • Meadows, former President Donald Trump’s final chief of staff, had asked U.S. District Judge Steve Jones to pause his ruling pending an appeal.
  • Meadows has also asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit for an emergency stay, arguing that Jones “egregiously erred.”
