The games are generally best played vanilla first and modded on the second playthrough. Also, there are far fewer bugs in this game than any other Bethesda game before it. As far as I am aware, none that are game breaking.

I never played a Bethesda game with mods right away. The games are generally best played vanilla first and modded on the second playthrough.
