It does seem superior for the weather and cooking.
Having the weather between 50-100 instead of 10-40 kind of makes sense.
And for the cooking, having the steak temperature at 130-135 or 135-145 is clearer than 54-57 or 57-63.
Not that I’d think it would make sense to change, but it just seems plain stupid how we like to pretend the imperial system would be inferior and stupid.

How so? That’s entirely arbitrary. To me, having 0C as the breakpoint for “oh yeah this is real winter now” makes way more sense than 32. Anything above 25C is too warm for me, 77 feels cumbersome.

I wholeheartedly disagree. For example I much prefer setting my oven to 200c than 392F

Both C and F are arbitrary but at least C is arbitrarily based on one extremely common element in our lives while F is arbitrarily based on three arbitrary measurements one of which is the temperature of the human body under the arm or in the mouth. My body? Your body? Fahrenheit’s?
there are 2 countries in the world that use Fahrenheit I know off the top of my head.
More than 1 country in the world is retarded
Some older people in the UK still prefer Fahrenheit, Celsius is still the official/default unit however.
A politician here recently tried to promote returning the UK to Imperial units, it has gone nowhere so far.
Yes, because the suggestion made everyone laugh hysterically, even here in Australia lol.
Gotta break some stuff for a proper brexit.
It’s not brexit unless it breaks it, after all.
I get it now! BrExit = Break Exit
Are you serious? That’s pretty funny!

The whole world swapped to metric for a reason.

Oh yeah that’s why it freezes at a random 32 degrees. I generally live between -30 C and +30 C.
How is a difference of 30 equivalent to a difference of 50.
Fun fact: Imperial and USC are different.
Was this the right honorable member for the 18th century perchance?
Wow really? Cause you never really think of Liberia of having their shit together.
