The former Florida surgeon general is rebuking claims by the DeSantis administration that updated COVID-19 vaccines have “not been proven to be safe or effective” and that the shots should not be recommended for individuals under the age of 65.
The COVID vaccines remain “very, very safe, and have a really proven efficacy, particularly against preventing severe disease,” Dr. Scott Rivkees, the former Florida surgeon general during the initial years of the pandemic, told ABC News.
“If they say that COVID vaccines are not safe and that they are not effective, the onus is on them to show those data,” Rivkees said.
How is OJ Simpson murdering people a conspiracy theory? And how is Kavanaugh attempting rape a conspiracy?
Because OJ, got a not guilty verdict and many believe he really did kill Nicole and her lover… that’s the conspiracy… on both sides… the guily or not guilty belief… we will never know for sure what actually happened there…
Kavanhuah raping someone, I can’t prove it but he is spinless conservative Christians with power unchecked and I would bet the claims are very true… until there is a trial with evidence that proves it, it remains a conspiracy. 😔
OJ killing someone was a solo act, not a conspiracy. Kavanaugh acted alone, also not a conspiracy. Deniers of both have some wild conspiracy theories that shadowy figures planted evidence.
The conspiracy is if you believe is if they really did or did not do it… not if they what they did, was a solo act.
You’re describing a regular theory, not a conspiracy theory.
Attempt is a wiggle word that doesn’t 100% differ from the official position. Believing OJ almost certainly killed his wife and Kavanaugh almost certainly raped his classmate are both opinions counter to the official government position, which, in OJ’s case, has been actively affirmed by governmental institutions. You didn’t say what that study defines as a conspiracy theory, but the above sounds reasonable to me as a definition.
That’s why I asked though, how do they define conspiracy theories?
Edit: changed probably to almost certainly. My own wiggle word
You missed the point. OJ killing someone was a solo act, not a conspiracy. Kavanaugh acted alone, also not a conspiracy. Instead, deniers of both have created some wild theories that shadowy figures coordinated planting evidence for ulterior motives, that is a conspiracy theory. Whether you believe OJ did or didn’t do it is not a conspiracy either way.
That’s what I keep trying to tell you. Can you just link the survey about it so I can figure out exactly what they mean?
I said below that I’m pretty sure that research on the harmfulness of plastics in food is being repressed (really just unfunded, but that’s effectively the same in the current research environment). That seems like it would probably fit your definition, but at least to me, it feels like a very different thing from thinking the moon landing was a hoax.
