Anybody know why SKY and Skymall coexist?

They have minorly different album art and tracklists and SKY was released shortly after Skymall. It just seems strange to make 2 versions like this so close to each others release. But I guess… vaporwave is strange.

maybe legally Skymall name was protected by a major corporation?
