How do we get enough congressmen on board with a tax hike on billionaires? How do we do the tax itself? A tax on earnings or on wealth? Most billionaire earnings are not salary and most billionaire wealth is not cash. I could keep going for years but I want to see how you deal with just those problems, for starters.
