I am theoretically switching over from Reddit to Lemmy. Finding myself spending more time on Lemmy than on Reddit. Maybe it’s because I am limited to using the desktop and can’t aimlessly browse Reddit on my iPhone. Of late, the only subreddits I cared for were on sports and their matchday threads and r/watches. I found myself aimlessly browsing through r/AskReddit and asking and answering pointless questions.
My only complaint is that subbing to new communities seems to be a huge chore in jerboa
I have multiple. Like the lack of interaction options with replies in the inbox. But we have to keep in mind that Reddit third-party apps have been in development for numerous years.
Replying to you out of inbox now. You need to hold-click on the name in the reply to get the tools, which is apparently a glitch that’s fixed in alpha already.
Unfortunately, doesn’t seem to work that way for me.
