This does not look good. This looks like a low-budget kids’ movie from 1998. When Luffy finally stretched out his arm at the end it really did just look like somebody stretched it out in photoshop and called it a day. The fucking Fantastic Four movie from 20 years ago did a better job with Mr Fantastic’s limbs than this.
