I feel you guys, 100%, but you never know. Maybe it was someone’s grandmother who was picking up meds for her husband of 54 years who was just told he has cancer and she was distraught and wasn’t paying attention. While this is not excusable, it changes the context. Also, perhaps they were just an ass and knew exactly what they did. We’ll never know, but I do know that ppl who make bad decisions tend to encounter bad outcomes more often.
