But I personally think a good variety of both serious and humorous post makes the best community.
Can we also have post race/event discussion threads? I find it really weird to see a thread that is a mixed of comments while the race is going on and over. I really miss that from reddit.

By allowing memes in the community we may end alienating people that prefer a more serious tone.
So I prefer to keep memes out of the main community
Don’t worry. To offset Meme Mondays here, @[email protected] and me have been doing Serious Sundays at [email protected] since quite some time.
There’s also the option of having it one day per week or something like that.
