I was watching The Morning Show (Season 3) and there is a hack.

Spoilers if you haven't watched Season 3 episodes 1 and 2:

I find it interesting that shows produced for and shown on Apple TV+ show that iPhones attached to a wireless network that’s been compromised can be hacked (all data from phone gotten) and used for spying (recording conversations in the room).

Before anyone gets too excited, it should be noted that the show is a work of fiction.

Also, it’s the corporate network servers that were hacked, and it’s the data on the devices that were connected to that network which were compromised, whether they were iPhones or otherwise. There are several mentions within the episode that states that any personal cloud services, and the data contained therein, is safe.

You’re being downvoted, but this was very true in the past. Apple’s product placement department strongly discouraged villainous character use of their products in exchange for providing product. It was a big giveaway in the first Knives Out movie who the bad guy was, because he was the only one who wasn’t using an iPhone.

Cory uses an iPhone in the show, and it’s pretty clear that he is, at best, a morally dubious character that frequently plays the antagonist.

Also, Mitch, the #MeToo’d sex pest from the first and second seasons, used an iPhone.
