Is this Padilla or Hontiveros’ version of the bill? Googling Bill 2443 pulls out all sorts of bills, none of which are about divorce.

Yeah your right I can’t find the said bill also. I guess this is still new based from the lacking number of articles aside from inquirer. There is probably no available online copy yet.
