Satire isn’t just ‘say a ridiculous thing and hope people don’t take it seriously’. There’s supposed to be an element of commentary. This guy is basically just a pro billionaire bot spitting out what they actually believe.

If satire is TOO obvious, it loses its edge. If it’s easy to be understood immediately by those actively wanting it to be sincere, it’s not good satire, so I guess you only like bad satire like Babylon Bee or whatever equivalent fits your politics better 🙄
