I’ve been enjoying using the hidden sword aspect coupled with Aphrodite or Artemis on attack for big numbers. Even though it’s slow and a little clunky it’s still surprisingly satisfying to use. Other fun ones are Zeus on fists or Poseidon dash/cast + anything for the speed they can clear rooms at (especially tidal dash in final biome). What are your favorites?
I had a run with the ff. on Beowulf Shield
This gave me the ff. Duos
And I also got the ff. Legendaries
I got all lightning bolt-related Zeus boons plus Static Discharge and two additional Chaos casts.
I had 7 cast stones by the end. EM4 boss melted from 14x Trippy Flare damage per fully loaded shot, Scintillating Feast bolts after, and 1500 per second Lightning Rod damage when I wasn’t quick enough to pick the cast stones up.
By the third phase, I didn’t even bother picking them up and let them do the work.
This was probably the strongest build I chanced upon and is always the one I’m trying to go for in my shield runs. More recently I’ve tweaked it to:
just to open up the chance to get Blackout. The dream is to get the 4 core legendaries.
